Chantal offers a rare blend of scientific rigor and deep spiritual practice, bringing over a decade of experience in the coaching and transformational space.
A former marine scientist—she swapped seagrass surveys for a deep understanding of the mind-body-breath connection—Chantal holds a Masters in Meditation Teaching and a 1000-hour Advanced Yoga Therapy qualification through BIYOME. She deeply respects the lineages of wisdom that inform her work.
Recognizing the voice as a powerful pathway for healing and nervous system calibration, she has also been offering public speaking training for over a decade.
Her approach is body-centered and heart-led, grounded in nervous system awareness and the quiet power of turning inward. Chantal believes that the most profound shifts occur not through striving, but through presence, by continually returning to the breath and the body's inherent wisdom.
In her classes, you will find a safe space to breathe, to feel, and to remember what you already know. Chantal draws on a rich toolkit—including mantra, breathwork, sound therapy, or qi gong—to meet the needs of the room and immerse students in healing qualities.
