Heather Kinang

Heather’s travels in her early 20s through Southeast Asia, India and Nepal inspired her to study Buddhism and Hinduism in depth. In class she blends physical challenge with thoughtful insight, placing particular emphasis on mindful alignment. She believes a regular yoga practice can gently but profoundly transform both body and mind. Trained with respected teachers such as Noah Maze and Sarah Powers, she went on to found and now leads The Yoga Co-operative. Her aim is to cultivate an inclusive space where students can connect with community, themselves and the wider practice of yoga. When she’s not teaching in the studio, she’s often guiding treks in Nepal or sharing her practice while teaching abroad.

Heather’s classes are: Challenging, Powerful and Informative
